Principal's Comment

Kia ora Kevinians and Supporters of the College

As the trees on the Magee Lawn turn from amber to red, I am reminded of the words on the plaque at their base. They are a quote from Kevinian, Brother Don Murray.
It reads: "Pray Well, Play Well and Work Well".
As we enter the winter sports and cultural season, it is timely to remind ourselves of our College focus, which is to create an environment that fosters a holistic, all round education equipping our students for a fruitful and fulfilled life. Don's words are a great summary of our mission.  I encourage our community to fully engage with the many opportunities in sport and culture that we provide as a College, so that we can develop the skills of tolerance, team work and integrity. As the season progresses, we aim to display our FIRE values on the field, court and stage by having teams who can lose with dignity, win with modesty and be noted for their fair play.

May God bless you
Paul Olsen, Principal
