Principal's Comment

Kia ora Kevinians and Supporters of the College

Last Saturday, I accompanied the visiting Gong'An students on their trip to Dunedin. Cadbury World and a climb up the Baldwin Street (the world's steepest street) were highlights for the students. Mr Hu and the students returned to China this week having experienced and enjoyed a fortnight of authentic Kiwi culture. Thank you to everyone who helped make their stay so enjoyable.
Last evening we were treated to a thoroughly entertaining evening as the auditorium resounded with House Choirs and stunning individual performances. Thank you to Mrs. Foster and the team of prefects, student helpers, and staff who made the annual Singing Festival such a success. As a house event, the focus is on student participation and leadership. Congratulations to Whyte House on their win and thank you to the many family members who turned out to support our students.

Finally, best wishes to the many teams heading away to tournament week. May you have safe travel, be sporting on the field and court, and represent your College with passion and resilience.

May God bless you
Paul Olsen, Principal
