Students have been flying the SKC flag in the holidays. Hamish Robertson (Yr12) was selected for the South Island U17 Basketball team that attended the Pacific Coast Slam Basketball Tournament at Port Macquarie in Australia. The team made history with a place in the final - a first for a South Island team - and came away with a Silver Medal. Congratulations Hamish.
Also playing in representative teams were Helena Graham (Yr12), Tiana Mihaere (Yr11), Tessa Robertson (Yr12) and Matt Brien (Yr10). All of the girls played extremely well, as did Matt who played in the U15 competition.
