On March 4 the South Island Secondary School Triathlon and Duathlon Champs were held down at the Oamaru Harbour. St Kevin's had over 24 students participating in the event with a variety of results in the triathlon section, the most successful being Corbyn Bisschops, Tarentaise McLeod and Molly Farrell who came 1st in the Senior Mixed Triathlon Team.
There was success also in the duathlon section with Hamish Slater 2nd and Daryl Siggleko 3rd in the Senior Boys, Kieran Ryan 2nd and Adam Blakely 3rd in the Intermediate Boys and Niamh Farrell 2nd in the Junior Girls.
