Principal's Comment

Kia ora Kevinans and Supporters of the College

There is a definite autumnal look to the College grounds we return this week for term two. Over the holidays the majestic oaks have had a prune, the administration block roof and art quadrangle walls have been painted and the equestrian arena landscaping has been completed. Thank you to our support staff for your dedication and hard work.

This week has had an ANZAC focus, with details and images included later in the blog. Tomorrow, our College Pipers are playing at the Dawn Service and our Prefects will lay a wreath at the 10.30am service at the cenotaph. I would encourage you to support these events and wish everyone a happy and reflective ANZAC holiday.

Looking forward to next week, Thursday is our College Open Day. Please feel free to invite any prospective students and parents to our open afternoon and evening.

Finally, keep Mr Ryan in your prayers as he takes sabbatical leave. We wish him every success with his educational observations and safe travel.

May God bless you
Paul Olsen, Principal
