It's been just over a year since we opened our Confucius Classroom and to celebrate a wonderful first year 10T rolled up their sleeves today and made Chinese dumplings! The Mandarin Y10 class has been looking at culture and food this month and so it seemed the perfect opportunity to join Mr Olsen and take on a dumpling making challenge! With fillings such as pork or prawn, plus a vegetarian chocolate option, the final results mark a very successful field trip to the Food Technology Room! A big thank you to Ms Sun and Ms Yuan for organsing such a yummy activity!
