We were delighted to be joined by Tom MacDonald QGM (District Governor for Waiareka Valley) and members of the Waiareka Valley Lions today as the new seating area at the entrance to 45 South TV was unveiled. This was a year long project in the making, thanks to the combined efforts of the Waiareka Valley Lions and the SKC Leo Club. Mr Olsen thanked both groups for their ongoing support of both the school and also the wider community, noting that the seating area far exceeded anything that had been expected. The cross which features was a particularly appropriate addition to the garden which is also home to the statue of St Dominic.
