Tug Of War Part Two

Treacy faced a reversal of fortunes today when the Y12s and Y13s faced off in the Interhouse Tug Of War competition.  Whyte and Magee dominated over Treacy and Clancy, easily taking their places in the final.   It was Magee however that rose to the occasion with a strong final finish.  Placings were:
1st Magee
2nd Whyte
3rd Clancy
4th Treacy
Spectators enjoyed some inter-year level competition while the staff team gathered - the Y12 boys taken out by the Y13 boys and the Y13 girls no match for their counterparts in Y12 - and when the time came the Seniors found themselves caught off guard by the staff technique.  The staff took the lead early and held consistently throughout the duration of the 1 minute round for a convincing win.
