Shotover Weekend

The view from the top!

Mr and Mrs Haig took three year 10 students to the Shotover River near Queenstown last weekend.  Kazeer, Connor Newlands and Sydney had a great time even though the weather was rather gray and windy.  All their rolling sessions in the pool paid off as we had a swimless weekend, even though the river was a bit high and pushy.  We camped overnight in Skippers Canyon with other high-school based groups who had come up for the annual Shotover Weekend organized by the Alex crew.
