Senior netball at the College took a huge leap forward over the last school holidays. Lena Sakalian-Black, Rylee Bell, Gemma Dowling, Mekeisha Hurley, Laura Preston, Ellen Swanson, Rebecca Dodd, Jaimee Trainor, Siva Katoa, Georgia Oakes, Molly Kay, Tayla McGregor-Hofman, and Hannah Cunningham traveled to the Gold Coast to take part in the International Netball Festival for 2018. After a week of games, a clinic with team members from the Queensland Firebirds, an Anzac Day parade (plus some theme park time!!) the girls were rewarded for their hard work with a 3rd place Bronze medal. Jaimee Trainor (Y11) was also named as MVP for the team for the U18 grade. Congratulations girls!! Awesome effort!
