This week the Edmund Rice Singers have been preparing for a concert trip to Christchurch on Friday 23 Sept, where they will be performing at several primary schools. Our thanks to Choir Director Helen Mulheron for arranging this wonderful opportunity.
Several of our Yr12 students met with Marty Taylor who came to speak with them about preparations for the India Immersion Trip that will take place during the summer holidays. For the past few years we have been working in with our fellow Ricean School, St Thomas of Canterbury, applying the Edmund Rice charism to the modern day world. Our Year 12 students are also being given the opportunity to train as Eucharistic Ministers ahead of their year as leaders of the College in 2012.
