Yr 12 PE Out And About

At the end of Term 1 the Yr12 PE class went for their annual four day bike trip to Naseby as part of the Outdoor and Recreation Module of the course.   It is intended that the class gains experience in organising and running an outdoor trip.  Mr Collins (class teacher), Mr Dixon and Miss Casey accompanied the students.   The overall purpose of the trip is to assess the students on two Level 2 NCEA Achievement Standards Take the lead 2.6A 4 credits and The great outdoors 2.7B 3 credits. 

The Yr12 bike trip is considered by students to be one of the highlights of their time at the College and our thanks to all of the staff who volunteer their time to take students away each year.
