Principal's Comment

Kia ora Kevinians and Supporters of the College

As the Cherry trees blossom and the temperatures climb into the twenties, it seemed out of character to be hosting our last winter fixture against St Thomas of Canterbury on Wednesday. This did not stop the boys from giving some very creditable performances in rugby, football, basketball and debating. The introduction of interschool debating is a worthy initiative and congratulations go to our senior team and coach, Mr Hebst, for their winning performance.

Also performing with pride and passion were our Pasifika students who commanded the stage at last evenings Polyfest, held at the Edgar Centre in Dunedin. The students have practised solidly and can be pleased with their very polished performance. Thank you to Mrs Dooley and Mrs Claperton for their help and support for the team.

To those helping with the Warehouse stocktake, we wish you well for this marathon fundraiser.

This evening I am looking forward to meeting the parents of our senior boarding students at Redcastle for their year level get together. We wish you safe travel.

May God bless you all
Paul Olsen, Principal
