Week 8: Term 2            13^th to 15th of June

Dear Parents/Caregivers

The Year 12 retreats are almost upon us.  Year 12 students will be split into two groups; while one group is on retreat the other group will attend classes as usual.  Year 12 retreats are from 13^th to the 15^th of June.  The retreat team will include Mrs Burton, Mr Farrell, Mrs Dooley, and Mr Mullally. 

Group 1 will travel to Gunn’s Bush for an overnight stay at 9.30am on Wednesday 13^th and return for 3.15pm on Thursday 14^th of June.

Group 2 will travel to Gunn’s Bush for an overnight stay at 11.00 on Thursday 14th and return for 3.15pm on Friday 15^th of June. 

This notice will allow students to arrange any job commitments, remembering attendance at retreats is compulsory for Year 12.  Group lists will be displayed on the school noticeboard.           

Costs: Pay to the school office with permission slip.  The price difference is the cost of the food which is supplied by the hostel and already paid for by boarders in their fees.  

Boarders        $55.00             Day Students             $75.00 

If your son/daughter has a health or dietary concern, then please contact me at school.  Any concerns about payment should go to the same number.  Students should bring sleeping bag, torch, pillow, towel and change of clothes. Please do not bring items of technology like ipods, MP3 players or other music players.  The landline number for Gunn’s Bush is 03 689 8033.  St Kevin’s supplies a cellphone.  Any student bringing any valuable item (like a cell phone) does so at their own risk.
