Gold And Silver For Our Trampolining Champion

Yr 13 student Stacey Kerin has added more medals to her career haul at the Australian National Championships which were held at Sydney at the end of the last term and into the holidays.  Stacey took a silver in the DMT (Double Mini Tramp) and paired up with Megan Comber from North Shore to snatch gold in the Synchronised Pair.

Stacey and Megan did not expect to place at all, given that they practiced their routine separately and at opposite ends of the country before meeting for the first time at the competition!  What an awesome effort!  Trampolining is a precision sport that requires an incredible amount of skill and athleticism.  Congratulations Stacey.
