New Arrivals At The College

Staff and students at the College are delighted to welcome our new Mandarin Teacher to St Kevin's this week.  Miss Emma Qui arrived in Oamaru accompanied by the Deputy Director of the Confucius Institute at the University of Canterbury, Ms Hong Hu, and has quickly settled into the Hostel ahead of classes beginning next week.  Miss Qui is here as part of a programme with the Confucius Institute and her schedule will also see her take classes at Waitaki Boys' High School.  

Also arriving at the College this week was our second Assistant Principal Ms Jo Walshe and she was welcomed by students during assembly this week.  Along with her Assistant Principal duties she will take on the role of Dean of International Students, working closely with Mrs June Campbell who continues her role as the International Student Manager.
