Last week our Year 11 students traveled to Te Runanga o Moeraki for their annual retreat. It was a beautiful day and after being welcomed with a powhiri they spent the day immersing themselves in the many facts and customs of the local maori culture, including a walk to their local cemetery. DRS Mr Mullally also took the group through a variety of activities with a focus on "being the best you can"
