National TeenAg Recognition

Y13 student Brittany Caldwell has been given the privilege of being the Aorangi Representative on the inaugural National TeenAg Committee, which has been established to promote and offer assistance and advice to TeenAg clubs in schools across the country.  Working closely with the Regional Field Officers, the committee hope to strengthen relationships between the regions and also promote careers and industry within the farming sector.  Brittany was selected by the Aorangi Field Officer and traveled to Christchurch recently for a leadership day and to meet the six other committee members.  The day was also attended by the Chairman and the CEO of the NZ Young Farmers.  Congratulations Brittany on this well deserved recognition.

Brittany and the TeenAg teams traveling to Taupo for the National Finals will be selling an Easter Raffle next Thursday 2nd April at the North End New World.  Please support them.  Thank you!
