For the second year running the Gumboot Girls (Brittany Caldwell and Georgia Malcolm) and the High Country Hillbillies (Holly Malcolm and Ella Sanderson) will be heading off to the TeenAg 2015 national finals, being held in Taupo from the 2-4 July. Finishing 1st and 3rd respectively for the Aorangi Region, they competed against 26 other teams, including fellow Kevinians Ricky Singh and Josh Boardman, Jarred Hardy and James Caldwell and the mixed team of Sam Evans and Quin Paterson. It was a great event and the girls were congratulated at the Aorangi Young Farmer of the Year evening finale, held at the Oamaru Opera House. Brittany, Georgia, Holly and Ella will be looking to improve on their performances at last year's final and will be busy fundraising and seeking sponsorship for the event.
