Earlier this week the Y13 biologists spent three days at the Marine Science Centre at Portobello carrying out a practical investigation in Biology. The group stayed on Quarantine Island at night and spent each day working in the laboratory run by the University of Otago. Students conducted a shore study at the local beach and spent the evenings doing HOMEWORK at the cottage. Many thanks to Ms Kirsty Patterson who helped out on this trip and also to Mr Ryan and Mrs Sutton.
