The New Zealand Freestyle Kayaking Championships for 2015 were held at the Hawea Whitewater Park near Wanaka over the weekend. With a great history of kayaking success Chris Olsen (Y11) came 3rd in the U16 Mens while Mr Haig not only judged some of the competition but took 6th place in the Pro Mens division. Past pupil Courtney Kerin showed her ongoing dominance in the Open Womens division, taking out the national title. Congratulations to you all! The New Zealand team will compete at the World Champs in Canada later this year (thank you Courtney for these great images)
