Silver Expedition

A brave group of intrepid trampers tackled the Ahuriri Valley in the weekend for their Silver Duke of Edinburgh expedition.  And whilst the weather may have played havoc with their plans, bringing them home a day early, it was marked a success for the enjoyment factor alone.  They plan to complete the second half of their expedition soon.
