Last night at the College Auditorium the Waireka Valley Lions Club hosted the celebration and initiation of the first St Kevin's LEO Club. LEO was founded in 1957 in the US and is now a widely known organisation with hundreds of clubs spread across the world and the College is proud to have this unique club in it's student body. LEO stands for Leadership, Experience and Opportunities, with an aim to promote service activities among the youth of the community and developing the LEO qualities. It unites it's student members in friendship, fellowship and mutual understanding and reflects the Special Character of St Kevin's.
